The Rice is Nice!

This Thursday, we set aside the beers to return to the world of nihonshu — more commonly known in the U.S. as sake! Please join us any time in the hour and a half for this free, walk-up tasting.

(”Sake” is the Japanese word for alcohol in general. “Nihonshu” translates to “Japanese alcohol,” and is the term the Japanese use for the drink that we (inspecifically) call “sake.”)
